Dr Randhir Auluck 

Dr Randhir Auluck is currently head of the School of Organisations, Economy & Society at Westminster Business School at the University of Westminster, London. She has led several international capacity-building projects, including being on secondment to the South African Public Service in Pretoria, as well as many leadership development programmes. Randhir is a magistrate and serves on the boards of several charities, including Coventry Relate, the Central Academies Trust and the Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre. A widely published researcher, she has presented papers at various international conferences as well as to the United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA). Randhir is the project director and co-chair of the Public Service Reform Working Group of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA/IIAS).
